This trip is a refreshing change from the usual coach tour as the mode of transport is by public trains all throughout. Had to do lots of walking as most hotels were located at least 10 mins away from the train stations. But we were blessed with fine weather, beautiful sceneries and a competent tour manager Jiafu. With his thoughtfulness and attention to details, the trip proceeded smoothly. Thanks to Jiafu and fellow tourmates, we had a wonderful holiday!

Departed for a 13D Italy Swiss & Paris + 2N Dubai on 3rd May 2018 and returned on 18 May 2018.Having had bad experiences with group tours with other agencies, I had second thoughts about putting my honeymoon at risk with another group tour. However, I decided to go with a leap of faith and never regretted it this time.Sabestian took good of the tour group, sharing with us the dangers of each city/country and constantly nagged at us like my Ah Ma. Thanks to that, our tour mates also constantly kept a looked out for each other and the tour went smoothly.Sabestian is also very knowledgable, constantly sharing about the local food and the history. The BEST gelato, the BEST pasta, the BEST chinese food... the BEST.... and the list goes on and on. He also responded promptly to our queries during the tour.Good job and Thank you EUholidays and the BEST tour manager Sabestian Mak for the well planned and executed tour.I had a great 2 weeks in Europe and Dubai!

My first trip with EU Holidays, a very memorable and wonderful one!Our tour manager is a caring and fun-loving guy. He is knowledgeable on the places we visited and always plan well ahead so that we do not waste time on waiting for trains from one place to another. Good recommendations on what and worth to buy. Helpful and detailed in taking care of the group members. Overall I m satisfied with the service provided. Thanks once again, Jiafu!

The tour package included 2 nights Dubai and since we were not interested in Dubai, we opted for the land tour to Switzerland. We had a great time! Thanks to the wonderful tour mates & our Tour Manager Jiafu. Jiafu is humourous, helpful & professional. He is caring and took good care of everyone during the trip. Thanks to his well planning, everything went smoothly throughout the trip. He would always check out the routes so that we would not make unnecessary detours.Before we left the group n departed for SG, Jiafu went an extra mile to brief us on the arrangement for the transfer to airport and how and where to get our tax refund at the airport. He even messaged us to check if we got our refund n if everything went on well on our departure day. We were really touched.The itinerary was planned quite nicely and we had ample time at each location to shop or roam around. The hotels that we stayed were generally good but some of them were located quite far from the train station . We only had 1 meal of Chinese food and the rest were local/western which we preferred.We had a memorable holiday with Jiafu & EU and look forward to travel again with Jiafu.

13D Swiss Italy & Paris with Sabestian MakInitially had my doubts on following a group tour on Europe Holiday. Now I have changed my view on group tour holiday. I had a awesome 2weeks and we really enjoyed ourselves. A big pat on the shoulder for our Tour Manager Sabestian, he is the best!Took great care of the group daily and constant reminder of our safety aspect during the tour. A very knowledgeable person providing great sharing of local food to amazing shopping locations. One night, I had forgotten to offload my hp charger from the coach after long day. Sabestian delivered to my room in 5mins, really impressed by his service. We strongly recommend Sabestian as your Tour Manager when you support EU Holidays! �

During the whole trip, our tour leader, Sabestian always shows a very friendly approach and with a smiley face to the group of 30 persons.He has been observant - taking care of the older folks by helping them to get down from the coach (steps are quite high). He makes himself easily available, flexible and is spontaneous to our needs and queries.I should also say that he is a very enthusiastic leader making sure that every morning without fail, is with a smiling face, and readily waiting for us at the hotel lobby to start the day. The whole group was fantastic too, always puantual.One of the nights, he even offered to bring us to the supermarket or the famous shopping centre "Gum" in Moscow. Upon reaching, he will reiterate the way back to the hotel - a very responsible leader. I would like to take this opportunity to thank EU Holidays for organising this good, relaxing trip and also, having Sabestian as our tour leader.Looking forward to the next trip with EU Holidays and Sabestian as our tour leader again.

To Mr. Wong (the 'boss'), Hanjie and Ronald, Mrs Cheong said that you kept your word in assigning us one of your better tour managers. Jerry was very friendly, approachable and easy to get along with. He took care of us very well and went all out to make our experience at the Balkans a truly enjoyable one. He also went the extra mile occasionally and spontaneously to help our group members in need, bought us snacks and drinks out of his own pocket and even surprised several birthday members with birthday presents. Many thanks, Jerry, for the services you rendered to us. It is a trip we will always remember and cherish.

EU provides decently good accommodation during our 10-day tour of Eastern Europe. Very leisurely tour with lots of time for yourself. The guide, Wai Yee is great.

Travel Itinerary : Well planned, efficient time management, surprisingly that we can cover so many & must-see places in such a short time, including beautiful Hallstatt & Desden (Germany).�����Hotel: Meet my expectations, 4 stars min. We were lucky to put up in Marriott Hotel for 2 nights at Prague, inside Prague 1.Tour Manager: Whyee is a good, helpful & very experience tour manager. Beside, all residential tour guides were good & knowledgeable.Price: Strongly Recommended. Value for money.

I just returned from vacation to Eastern USA & Canada and I went with 3 friends.I had an awesome and enjoyable trip and would like to commend Andy as an excellent, amicable, organized, patient,very cheerful, helpful & caring Tour Leader.He took care of all 35 of us and brought us safely back from the holidays.Niagara Falls was awesome but the disappointment was that we did not have the chance to board the cruise�� due to weather condition. We stayed at the Sheraton on the Falls and our hotel rooms had an awesome and fantastic view overlooking the Niagara falls.We spent several hours travelling in the coach and viewed a couple of movies and Andy was great with his jokes and stories..Andy planned and gave us the Directory Map of the Woodbury Commons Outlet in New Jersey, in advance and gave us numerous tips as well.He even offered his assistance to look after our shopping bags should we need to go to the washrooms.Andy also ensured that we have sufficient stops for all our toilets visits and he knew all the directions of the toilets in every city at his finger tips.We had quite a number of meals on our own and Andy is ever willing to give us recommendations ��������.However the couple of Chinese meals provided by EU were not so good Except for the Lobster Meal which was delicious��.The lobster roll at another food court was superb and awesome..��.Overall the vacation was enjoyable and great and I would certainly recommendEU Holidays and Andy Yuan to my friends and colleagues as well as family members & relatives.�

Hrs on the coach was never long with yr ideas of games & prizes for correct answers were good re-cap for places we hv visited. Yr whatsApp chat is useful as we can refer for information that you provide on a daily basis. We find Ricky very hardworking & he loves what he does so that ROCKS. Was quite skeptical with Ricky’s capability when he was first introduced to us as our tour manager as he look young and inexperienced.However he has proven me wrong. He is hardworking and capable tour manager.The ice breaking and quiz session he has organised was quite creative and entertaining. The quiz session has helped us to recap those places we have visited.He has his unique way of resolving problems promptly and efficiently. This is evidenced when we were given a place in a restaurant in Kraków with a strong stench. He insisted to speak to the restaurant manager and we were eventually put up in a cozy place. His prompt and efficient effort to resolve the issue is commendable.Ricky is definitely an asset in EU holiday.Keep up with your passion to perform and good work.

Met our tour manager, Ricky, during the briefing and he patiently went through every detail in the briefing notes emphasizing important points so that everyone takes note of what to look out for during the trip.On departure day, he gave us another set of concise self-prepared notes highlighting in brief where we are going everyday in the trip and how long the journey takes. During our bus journey, he shared the history and knowledge of the places that we are going to visit, engages us in ice breaker game to let all the tour mates know each other. He prepared quizzes to let us revise the knowledge and places that we have visited and reward us with useful & pretty little gifts from Europe.He was also very attentive & patient to the needs of the tour mates, ensuring that enough toilet stops were provided, informing that the water bottles in the room are chargeable or not in WhatsApp group, even providing photo of the lift level to press to go to the breakfast restaurant, in case we forget or wasn’t paying attention. He will ask the driver to try & stop near the restaurant if possible so that we do not need to walk too far in the hot sun. He ensures that our meals are taken care of, leaving him little time for his own meal. He was also very patient to all the questions of the tour mates repeating time and again until we understand.Overall, We enjoyed the trip, with our very hardworking & dedicated tour manager, managing a group of 35 tour mates, ensuring everyone’s safety & comfortability, which is not easy. Pat on the back, Ricky, continue the good work, wishing a good career with EU
