Covid19 Travel Advisory

In view of the evolving COVID-19 situation worldwide, EU Holidays has put in place enhanced precautionary measures to safeguard and protect the health and well-being of our customers, visitors and employees, in accordance with the health advisories from the Ministry of Health Singapore.

For guests visiting our office:

- Temperature taking for all guests visiting our premises
- Administration of health screening, travel declaration and contract tracing forms for all guests
- Provision of hand sanitisers on our premises
- Provision of surgical face masks upon request, if needed

For our employees:

- Temperature taking for all employees twice daily
- Increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of high-contact areas, surfaces and equipment in the office
- Administration of a travel declaration form for employees who travel and cross the Singapore-Malaysia border
- Staff are encouraged to stay home and seek medical attention promptly if they feel unwell.

For customers on our tours:

- Temperature taking of customers and tour managers/leaders at airports
- Temperature taking of customers, tour managers/leaders, local guides and drivers twice daily throughout the tour
- Provision of hand sanitisers on board our coaches
- Provision of surgical face masks for all customers on tour, and provision of additional face masks upon request if needed
- Increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of coaches
- Tour managers/leaders have been thoroughly briefed on the precautionary measures and contingency plans in case of emergency
-Provision of 24-hour emergency hotline number to customers on our tours

For customers travelling on our airline partners:

- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of aircraft regularly with cleaning products recommended by IATA and WHO
- Staff are trained with the latest hygiene and cleaning protocols
- Aircraft are equipped with air filtration systems that remove 99.97% of bacterial contaminants
- Common equipment such as linen, blankets, headsets and meal service cutlery and utensils are carefully washed or sanitised, then individually packed by staff wearing gloves 

We regard the safety of our customers, guests and employees as our first priority, and we are closely monitoring the latest developments of the COVID-19 situation globally and keeping abreast of the latest updates and advisories from the Government of Singapore. We regret to inform you that we reserve the right to deny entry to guests and customers exhibiting signs of ill health. We also encourage customers who are travelling overseas to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore online.
